Notice of Demo Account Deletion

Dear Clients,

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an enhanced trading experience on our DEMO Server, EC Markets will be implementing a comprehensive system upgrade and performance optimisation.

Due to the extensive nature of these improvements—and in order to ensure a more stable and streamlined demo trading environment for all users—we have decided to permanently delete all existing demo accounts on 20 April 2025.

Please be advised of the following:

All data associated with demo accounts will be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable.
If you wish to preserve any trading records or data, we strongly recommend backing them up in advance.
Once the deletion process is complete, you will be able to create a new demo account via the Client Portal.
